In 1995, 3TM International, Inc. began its first project in the field of environmental forensics.
Two years later, the case settled for $55 million.

The key? 3TM International was able to successfully locate a subsurface hotspot of Dense Non-Aqueous Phase Liquid (DNAPL) for the Plaintiffs, proving that significant off-site migration of chlorinated solvents had occurred from an industrial complex onto residential property. After more than two years of reviewing site information and performing subsurface testing, we had found the DNAPL – the key evidence needed to prove the case.

Since that time, 3TM International has supported both Defendants and Plaintiffs in the legal forum. Our projects have ranged from simple collection and testing of environmental samples to the multi-year field efforts to collect a wide array of environmental data, test it at forensic analytical laboratories, fingerprint it, and issue expert reports on behalf of the client.
